For Group insurance plans in Washington you need two or more employees.   There are no medical questions for small group policies and everyone is eligible.  What we need is the zip code of the business.  The ages of the employees, if there is a spouse and if there are any children.  

We will send the group census to the insurance companies and they will send us a print out of the prices and availability of the different plans that are available.  Some insurance companies send it the next day others will take a week.
